June 2 - Overknight with the Knights - Deadline May 1
Check-in: June 11 from 1:00 - 5:00 pm at Bethelwoods. This check-in is for medical form turn-in, t-shirt pick-up, and a swim test. Attendance for check-in is mandatory for your scout to participate throughout the week.
Time: Daily from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (Sessions will run from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm)
Where: Bethelwoods (922 W Mount Gallant Road, York, SC 29745)
Who: All Cub Scouts in the York District who are rising 1st through 5th graders (no rising lions) **PLEASE NOTE** Rising First Graders (current Lions) will need an adult partner the entire duration of camp. Sign up for your Cub's rank as of Fall 2023.
Cost: $150
Cub Scouts...START YOUR ENGINES! Join us for a week of great Scout fun with an "Off to The Races" twist. Cub Scouts will enjoy games, outdoor activities, arts, crafts, songs, and so much more!
Volunteer Discount: Campers with a parent/grandparent/aunt/uncle volunteering ALL 5 DAYS of camp will receive a 20% discount for their scout if registered by April 30th. The full price will need to be paid up front when you register your scout and you will be reimbursed the difference at the end of camp. Discount is only valid for one scout per volunteer.
Each Cub Scout and Volunteer will receive 1 free camp t-shirt with their registration. Additional shirts may be purchased for $10 each. Lunch will NOT be provided each day. All campers should come prepared with their own lunch every day of camp. Parents of all campers must attend one of the two parent orientation sessions (dates TBD) prior to bringing your Scout to camp. You will receive their camp gear at this meeting as well as your camp guide.

May 12-14 - Spring Campout - Deadline May 1
It's time to get excited about our spring campout! This year we are headed to Albemarle, NC to campout in Morrow Mountain State Park. Join us Friday, May 12 to set up camp if you like. Plan to eat dinner before you arrive. We will have a Cracker Barrell (snack time) that night. Fun activities will begin early Saturday morning with hiking and canoeing, followed by afternoon of junior ranger program! We close camp after breakfast on Sunday morning.
