Good morning!
I hope everyone had a fabulous Thanksgiving. I have a few updates to share. One being that scoutbook is having issues with email again so I'm sending this through my personal account. You may have also started to hear about some program changes for the scouting program. These changes will go into effect next fall. So far, most changes that have been communicated are changes between awards/electives. We will be sure to share all of the info as we go along. Feel free to ask any questions you may have.
- God and Me religious knot. Class starts at 10:30a this morning! Come on out to Woodland to join in.
- Monday is our November Pack Meeting. This month is all about service. We will be tying knot style blankets to donate to others that need them.
- Friday is the start of our Yorktown trip to Charleston! You should have received a couple of emails separately on that. Please see me if you have any questions.
- December 18th Pack meeting will be our Christmas Party!! We will have our celebratory pizza party for the scouts that sold popcorn! IF your scout sold any popcorn they are invited to attend starting at 5:45pm for pizza before the meeting. This is for the scouts only and only if they sold popcorn. During the pack meeting we will also be giving out the other prizes earned for popcorn sales.There may also be a special guest handing out our Pine Wood Derby car kits to the scouts! It's time for your scout to start thinking about that fast and furious car design! Scouts are invited to wear their favorite PJs as well. More info to come.
- Meeting will resume in the new year on Jan 8th.
